General Usage

To use the service, dial 308-344-6271 and input your conference ID followed by the '#' sign. Then, input your PIN code. The system will then indicate that you have been placed in the conference. You can give others the 'user' pin codes to dial into your conference.

The default conference setup for your organization is valid for a period of 2 years. You can use the conference as often as you like and give the pin codes out to whomever you wish. You are limited to 50 concurrent users. This conference phone number may or may not be long distance for you or your organization. You will incur the normal charge for dialing a long distance number.

Conference Commands

Once you are logged into the conference, you can modify your user experience with the following codes:

*1 Mute/Unmute yourself

*2 Lock/Unlock the Conference (Only as Administrator)

*3 Reject the last caller.

* 4 or 6 Increase or decrease the volume of the conference.

* 7 or 9 Increase or decrease the volume of the Administrator.

* 8 Exit the interactive menu.

Web Interface

Log into the Web Interface with the username and password provided you in your initial signup email. In the web interface, you can create additional conferences, delete conferencs, and monitor conferences while they are happening.

The monitoring functionality allows the administrator to view all of the participants on the call as well as mute and kick any or all participants.

The 'add conference' feature allows you to schedule recurring or one-time conferences.
